“New Square Simargl Capital” was established in 2008 by Russian development holding New Square  on a par with  independent investment manager Simargl Capital.

The main goal for setting up this new company was a unique chance to combine Simargl Capital’s potential to attract foreign investments to Russia and New Square experience in development and management of investment projects in the real estate sector.

An integral part of the company is a highly professional Construction management Unit. OJSC “Mosstroymekhanizatsiya - 5” – one of the largest constructor in Moscow is a strategic partner of “New Square Simargl Capital” .
